3. Limited Drops & Made-to-Order Products

4. Events
Chico Afterdark may organize, promote, sponsor, or collaborate on automotive events, community events, exhibitions, meets, and related activities.
Event dates, locations, schedules, attractions, vendors, performers, vehicles, and other details may change when reasonably necessary due to weather, venue requirements, safety concerns, regulations, or circumstances outside our control.
All attendees must follow posted event rules and instructions from authorized event staff, venue staff, security, emergency personnel, and law enforcement.
Unsafe, disruptive, destructive, or unlawful conduct may result in removal from an event.
5. Event Tickets & Admissions
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, event admissions and tickets are non-refundable after the event has begun.
If Chico Afterdark cancels an event completely, applicable refund or rescheduling information will be communicated to affected customers.
Postponed or relocated events will be handled according to the terms communicated for that specific event.
6. Vendors
Submitting a vendor application or paying an application or booth fee does not automatically guarantee participation unless Chico Afterdark confirms acceptance.
Approved vendors are responsible for complying with applicable permits, licenses, insurance requirements, health regulations, sales requirements, venue rules, and event instructions that apply to their operation.
Vendor fees and cancellation terms may vary by event and will be communicated during the application process.
7. Sponsors & Partnerships
Sponsorship purchases and partnership arrangements may include benefits such as advertising, booth space, logo placement, social-media promotion, event recognition, or other agreed benefits.
Specific sponsorship benefits are determined by the applicable sponsorship package or written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchasing a sponsorship does not grant ownership, management authority, or control over Chico Afterdark.
8. Media Services
Photography, video, editing, automotive media, promotional content, and other Chico Afterdark Media services may be governed by additional booking terms.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding locations, vehicles, properties, permissions, and requested services.
Deliverables, turnaround times, deposits, rescheduling, cancellation rules, and usage rights may be established for individual projects.
9. Intellectual Property
The Chico Afterdark name, logos, graphics, original merchandise designs, photographs, videos, website content, event materials, and other original branding or content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or commercially used without permission except where legally permitted.
Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
10. User Submissions
If you submit photographs, videos, testimonials, vehicle information, or other content to Chico Afterdark for promotional use, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material.
Any specific promotional or commercial usage rights may be governed by separate permission or agreement.
